I work in costume and I discovered the greedy peasant when I was working on a Tudor film and the men’s shirt tassels - used to tie them closed rather than buttons - got so tangled and fuzzed together they had to be cut off. A friend/colleague showed me one of his videos! I was like what on earth! Then we all started carrying tassel brushes and quoting from his videos!

Hard to say! Tudor was pretty special but I do love a bit of twenties knitwear!
